Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Managing Director for First Commercial Finance, LLC First Commercial Finance, LLC (FCF) is a commercial loan broker and direct lender.
FCF primarily does three things:
(1) it is a direct lender for small commercial loans of up to $1 million; (2) it is a commercial loan broker for a number of private hard-money lenders for loans of up to $2.
5 million; and (3) it is a commercial loan broker thru correspondent relationships with more than 200 commercial banks and other non-traditional lenders across the country.
FCF is looking for a Managing Director to oversee, manage the existing pipeline of referrals and in the future help build new relationships.
As the Company grows the successful candidate will also manage a team of loan processors.
The Managing Director will act as a liaison between a business seeking a loan and one of our lending partners.
The successful candidate will help clients of FCF find the best product for their investment or acquisition needs.
The Managing Director duties and responsibilities include assessing a company's needs, ensuring that they meet requirements for funding, and collecting necessary documentation.
The successful candidate would follow up regularly with existing clients to earn repeat business and garner referrals.
This position has the following job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or in a related field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of loan policies and lending procedures.
Experience in advising loan applicants and assessing loan applications.
Extensive experience in reviewing financial information.
Ability to collaborate with senior management.
Ability to train and supervise loan processors.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
The position provides for a competitive base salary plus a commission on each transaction closed.
In addition, FCF provides a generous benefits package (medical/dental/vision, life insurance, short-term disability and paid vacation), 401(k) with contributions by FCF, business casual work environment, and flexible working hours.
This position will primarily require the successful candidate to work from our office in Clarksville, Maryland and remote work on an occasional basis.
