2K - $119K a year 17 hours ago 17 hours ago 17 hours ago BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST The Brighter Hope Wellness Center (BHWC) is hiring for the position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D or BCBA).
In addition to our commitment to providing high-quality and culturally competent care to our clients, Brighter Hope Wellness Center values the experiences of our clinicians and staff.

Weekly team meetings helps to build a sense of community as well as having an opportunity to stay connected with all levels of staff at Brighter Hope Wellness Center present, from our interns to the owner.
These team meetings are also an opportunity to discuss wins for the week, ask questions, give feedback, receive group supervision, and obtain updates.
Most importantly, we encourage our staff to disconnect from work at the end of the work day and make it easy to do so with the systems we have in place.
Settings Virtual (i.

, telehealth/teletherapy/telemedicine) Office School-based (in select Howard County Public Schools) Hybrid (choose to provide a combination of virtual, in-person, &/or school-based services) Responsibilities Conduct assessments (e.
g.
functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, etc.
).
Create treatment and intervention plans.
Provide direct feedback to families and caregivers regarding results of evaluations/assessments/testing.
Implement treatment and intervention plans directly with clients.
Create and maintain data collection materials (including data sheets, spreadsheets, etc.
).
Supervise behavioral therapists and technicians.
Provide training to therapists, technicians, families, caregivers, and other professionals.
Maintain electronic health records for clients.
Work collaboratively with families and professionals.
Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
Board certification in Behavior Analysis.
At least three (2) years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual and/or developmental disability, or developmental delay.
Able to work well as a team member, particularly with multi-disciplinary teams.
Able to work independently.
Able to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
Excellent documentation skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
